I approached nearly every day the chance to get the latest and best price to produce went to market. It’s amazing how many schemes out there. You really careful about how you invest your money and your time.

So I got a call from a girl who found me online. He is very good, polite and has an impressive personal communication skills. He asked if I have one hour of my time doing the presentation. He is very passionate about his program, (although a little secret) so I thought … “What the hell” … I check the tracking of cash and see what is all about.

I write this blog post, so you can choose a short description about the program without it a whole hour of your time invested to get information.

The first thing you see in this presentation is an explanation of the basics of wealth creation. IE. Rich people invest in “assets” that generate revenue. They also try to keep costs low by eliminating the liability of a fool, like buying a car, boat and other items purchased with a credit card. This means that the rich are able to compound their results by reinvesting their cash flow into more income-producing assets.

You also get an introduction to how the wealthy use leverage to create wealth.

If you’ve read “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kyiosaki, you learn something new from the part of the presentation Cash Tracking System.

It is in the next part of the presentation where things really take to deteriorate. I’ve heard of cash gifting “program and always wondered what they were. There is always a little mystery for me with this project because I never really understood what it entailed.

Get the Big Deal From Your Customers

Most of the really unpleasant experience that occurs in the customer service desk. I have ignored, yelled, waiting by an employee who has never sniffed regards and let’s not forget the time I had to wait while the staff finished their latest read or reply to a “Tweet”.

My parents remember when the store will be surprised that you even have one complaint. Really? Yeah, right. There is no fate worse than losing a good customer.

Yesterday, while in the supermarket, I stopped at the customer to buy a lottery ticket. I was the only customer there. An employee does not stand three meters from me. He ignored me happy, though they are busy shuffle papers. Other people soon joined him, and now I have two employees ignored me. Now the manager came and started talking to two employees because they were old friends. I was standing within three meters of these people, but nobody makes an attempt to welcome me or waiting for me. Finally I walked away and out of the store.

Then I found the car numbers and my indignation and declare that they lost a good customer. For me the most listened to everything that the manager is a clear signal to that the treatment that is not  door its customers. Store managers want to apologize, and I pass. This is not the first time I had a problem in the shop, so for now, I will shop elsewhere.
