We often speak of organizations trying to listen better to improve the strategic thinking of the employees in an attempt not only performance, but also the motivation and productivity. And many of us are familiar, perhaps, how this concept can contribute positively to the future of the organization. In fact, we could have ever participated in a training program to improve on our skills in strategic thinking. We may already have been introduced in the strategic management process – but many of us still have a vague idea of what this concept means, and what value it has for the team and organization.
One of the most interesting and useful concepts associated with strategic thinking, the process of strategic management. This process refers to the method by which organizations are able to define their strategies. It also refers to the process by which managers identify a number of organizational strategies that help the entire organization can improve its performance, motivation and productivity. This can be seen as an ongoing process and it is important that at regular intervals, assesses the external and internal environment of the organization and its strengths and weaknesses in an attempt to develop effective strategies and successful development.
